Teacher's Day~!

So how was my weekends?

Superb.

Why?

Because der was a celebration for us, teachers? ermm.. MENTORS! @ AMP. I came late, like aspernormal. Almost 4pm okay due to those sleepless nites i had and the backaches cum headaches dat i resorted to my giddy & sleeping pills. With that, this sweet princessy couldnt get up in time for even LUNCH with Mims.
*LOL*

Three centres, AMP, Si Ling Sec & Telok Kurau combined togedder to celebrate the memorable event. Each class presented us with a decent & enjoyable presentation for our entertainment.
Mima's class 3NA & 3NT performed a skit where one of da student wore a head dress just to impersonate her. lepak lah okay! hehehe! At the end of it all, they recited a poem for her and i knew she was overwhelmed & held back her tears. Ryte? ;p

Guess what was in stored for me?
My sec 4NA kids created a powerpoint slides with my vanity shots included in each slide. Can u imagine that? Some were stolen frm my friendster & the rest? Da kental looking me back then was courtesy of AMP centre. CONFIRM seh! hahahaha! Basically, sweet words of appreciation & poems were featured in the slides. Rite after tat, my boys performed a song accompanied wif the strums of their guitars and i actually forgot the title of da song. Mima do u remember? hehehe! Overall, i was moved & touched by their impromptu effort wif much sincerity in their performances. Sadly, i do not have any pics to share. Wait till i get my digicam okay? :)

Each mentor was given a token of appreciation frm AMP. My kids bought for me a separate gift but they had not given to me yet due to some circumstances.

Afterall, my only wish is to see my N-level kids excel in their upcoming N-levels especially Maths and to continue taking their O-levels next year. Insya Allah.

I truly appreciate their effort and thank u for da performance & da gift ..

My sat nite, i chilled with my peepz at Simpang Bedok for dinner.
We played a game called "Where do you want to eat?"

I think there were probably 10 of us and we were going in circle for endless rounds and obviously i was da only one who knew abt the game. The rest were damn clueless abt it and often i had to scream at them "TAK BOLEH!" whenever they answered my simple question. It was for 45 long minutes when i received a phone call regarding sumting urgent. Took a break frm that game for abt 15 mins. Resumed back and it went on for another half an hour. They basically did not really pay attention to me & did not really think out of da box. Ouh well, these silly games really made our nite worthwhile, laughing away and such. hahahha! Of course at the end, when i did OBVIOUS gestures, they finally hit da game rite! *LOL*

I have some new SILLY games. Shall we?

So how was my Sunday then?

Woke up late & headed to Siglap South CC to watch a DK comp. It was a fair play. Need not elaborate much. You people wont be interested either. kHEkHKehKee!!! Of course we took pics, courtesy of Ju's digi BUT not a single shot for those performers on stage. Its just abt da 3 of us okay.. E'en, Ju & me~! *LOL*

Although i look kemek here..

Its so relaxing working today as da US peepz are on holiday. Labour day if i'm not mistaken. Dat explained why i decided to blog to release my tension after drowning into the pool of work. Ouh shit, i am blogging while working~! Am i gonna get a complain call frm outsiders? God knows. heh. Anyway, the whole dept knows i blog. Even my manager.

P/S: Bebeh get well soon .. Shian dia sakit.. Tu lahh.. mane nak belik susu anak, pampers nyer lain, nak kasi makan anak-anak..Dgn i nyer retail therapy lagik ekh.. I dah ckp i leh tanggung tapi u degil nak keje extra extra lagik ni hah.. *chuckles*

Dearest daddy turned 56!

Happy 56th berfday to my dearest daddy! His berfday was acerli yesterday, dated 15th April. I was sleeping like a log yesterday, erm correction, I have been sleeping like a log for the past few days. I've got da tendency to save entries as draft afterwhich i forgot to publish it. One gd example is the entry below..KHEkHkehKEhe!! Obviously i'm oblivious.. * LOL * Anyway, suddenly i felt he has grown up over the years. told him that and he laughed. I mean da way he speak out his mind, his msgs and such, plays a very big part in having me concluded that he ain't a boy animore and those encouraging words,really boost me up. Thank you.. How i wish i cud turn back time.. * sigh * i shud have known how to control and tame my paranoia, my indignation, my sensitiveness, my annoyance, my obstinacy, my impatience and my irrational assumptions that would drive him to the wall and pressurized him to the max.
